We are looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Engineer to join our Energy team and take ownership of sales across a balanced portfolio of separation and heat transfer technologies, including high-speed separators, decanters and heat exchangers. .

You will work directly with customers across energy, process industries, recycling, bio-based industries, and circular economy applications, helping them improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability through cutting-edge technologies.

What will you do:

  • Drive sales of industrial process solutions, including high-speed separators, decanters and heat exchangers
  • Develop and grow long-term partnerships with customers in energy, process industries, recycling, biofuels, biochemicals, and circular economy sectors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and technical discussions to quotation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Work closely with customers to understand their processes and propose optimized, value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with application engineers, service teams, and internal experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize long-term customer value

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in technical sales, field sales, or business development in industrial, energy, process, or environmental sectors
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, including heat transfer and/or separation technologies 
  •  Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical and commercial value propositions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
