Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.

  • Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.

  • Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.

  • Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.

  • Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.

  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

Requirements / Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support (preferred)

  • Preferred to have experience in CRM/ERP systems

  • Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Demonstrates agility, strong decision-making, and a proactive drive for results

  • Excels in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials)
