We are looking for a determined and passionate Inside Sales professional. As a member of the sales team, you will build a close relationship with our customers in dealing with technical sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to source solutions to meet our customer’s needs.

Location: Rijeka (Croatia)

Your responsibilities:

• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services
• Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer
• Create and actively follow up transactional quotes
• Proactive looking for upselling opportunities
• Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Degree in Marine Engineering a plus
• Marine equipment and technical background a plus. (aftersales, spare parts & service)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent team player and ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders High customer service orientation
• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude and drive to excel

• It is essential for all this that you have a very good command of written and spoken English. Additionally, excellent verbal and written Croatian communication skills at a professional level are required
