Join Us as an Order Coordinator at Alfa Laval — Lund, Sweden

Are you passionate about creating smooth customer experiences and being the vital link that keeps things moving? At Alfa Laval, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team in our beautifully renovated office in Lund.

This is an on-site role, where you’ll be at the heart of our operations — connecting customers, sales, and supply chain to ensure every order runs seamlessly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your days will be dynamic and rewarding, with responsibilities such as:

  • Managing Orders: Receive, review, and process customer orders in our ERP system with accuracy and care.
  • Customer Focus: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers — keeping them informed and supported every step of the way.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
  • Documentation: Handle order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents efficiently and correctly.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle order discrepancies or delivery issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Data & Improvement: Keep order data up to date and look for ways to improve our processes and the customer experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all order activities align with company standards and regulations.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, organization, and customer interaction — someone who makes things happen! You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or sales support.
  • A structured approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset — because at Alfa Laval, collaboration is key.
