About the job:

General:

• Being contact window of customer to deal with orders, customer visit, customer inspection.

做客户订单，客户参观，客户终检与工厂的沟通的窗口

• Execute administrative work with SOP as a base

以SOP为依据，执行日常工作

• Monthly check status of SO and MO of complete unit order before Jeeves closing and supervise other OHs to follow up.

每月关帐时关注SO 和 MO的订单状态，督促其余OH遵守月结规则

• Assist updating ET report every month,

每月上传ET数据

• Check MO big diff and mark orders.

查看MO差异，结束MO

• Quote lead time and price calculations

负责客户项目询价询货期

• Focus on KPIs,engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)

关注KPI指标，致力于维护4个指标（安全，质量，交期，成本）

• Develop and optimize SOP when required

提高和优化SOP

• Assist QA to handle with Claims

协助质量部门处理投诉

• Be active in problem resolution

Special:

• Attend SB and CSB meeting and transfer the issues within different departments.

参加SB 和CSB会议，传递不同部门的问题

• Other tasks assigned by OH TM/UM

负责完成TM和UM指定的一些任务

• Secure implementation of DNs.

• Involve ALPS, implement continuous improvement in responsible field..

What you know:

•  Bachelor education, and mechenical background is a plus

本科学历，机械专业背景尤佳；

• Good English both oral and written.

良好的英语口语及书写能力

• Good coordination and communication skills.

良好的沟通技巧

• 1-3 years of experience in relevant area in a forein invested manufacturing company
