Job Description :

Perform the reconditioning/repair based on the established Standard Operating Procedure/instruction – requested by Senior Technician / SCTM

1.Excellent knowledge of repair process/product/applications

2.Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.

3.Clearly describe improvements, deviation and service execution (quality, delivery and costs) with Senior Technician.

4. Support team members with immediate problem solving and repair execution. 5.Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues. 6.Run and participate in improvement activities (e.g.PRP, GB projects) to develop key processes and tools within the team.

7.Support and participate in problem solving and knowledge sharing with other service organizations in AL.

8. coordinate and plan the daily work of the team/shift.

9. To perform field service job based on scope advised by Senior Technician / SCTM - Disassembly / Assembly of GPHE/WHE- Reconditioning of frames and tightening bolts - Supervision of reconditioning of GPHE/WHE or refer to the scope of work given by SCTM

10.Support SCTM to prepare report for any service job (SC Job & FS Job)

11.Be active at Cell Status Board meeting

12.Get involved in the work with 5S, safety and quality and immediately call on SCTM when problems or Risk arise.

Physical & Environmental Factors
Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.
Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).
