Who you are:

• Secure Kanban system run well, meet order demand of SU and overseas internal customer with good quality and DOT.
• Understand and use ALPS tool very well, secure whole organization in good management and execution.

About the job:

• Know all production process, product and document well, including plates regcognition, process and cycle time, bottleneck and capacity, and related tracibility record.
• Know Kanban system running principle, secure its running smooth and stable, not only meet order demand, but also good efficiency.
• Inventory management, including coils and plates daily review, stocktaking activities, release clear and complete instruction to TLs and MHs.
• Document control, including process, technical, template table.
• Skilled on ALPS tools, including 4 priority, complete CSB process, 5S, TPM, PRP, SOP and so on.
• Team management, including behavior development, execution strengthen, effective performance appraisal evaluation and setup.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly report.
• Production data analysis.

What you know:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Leadership and management skills.
• Above 3 years of experience from production/manufacturing company.
• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus.
• Project work experience is a plus.
