The position / About the Job:

  • Drive customer order execution according to agreed plan and in line with our priorities safety, quality, delivery and cost. Be the First line manager for Plan, Source & Deliver Supply chain team for Local factory. Coordinate between different processes and support functions.
  • Team manager supply chain is responsible for driving supply chain performance and setting up global processes and measurements across supply chain teams.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, order handling, inventory coordination, and warehouse management to ensure smooth material and information flow through the factory.
  • Secure the team’s daily operational performance, while continuously improving processes, implementing Lean principles, and increasing efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five professionals to reach high performance, competence growth, and engagement.
  • Manage both short-term operational priorities (daily deliveries, on-time performance) and long-term strategic initiatives (S&OP, Lean implementation, MRP system migration).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products

  • As owner secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs
  • Secure that GCC supply chain processes, standards and measurements are followed
  • By own presence drive performance of the team and employees
  • Be responsible for own cost account, P4
  • Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
  • Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
  • Control of quality, deviations and line stops
  • Provide the team with relevant information
  • Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee in coordination with GCC Global TMs broken down to local factory level  
  • Perform audits according to ALPS
  • Be responsible for running Global 24H office accordance with the set up from GCC Global set up.
  • Drive the development of the team
  • Related CU cost update (if it’s applicable)
  • Drive and lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities, and secure the result

Abilities, Knowledge and Attributes

  • Strong knowledge and experience in S&OP, Lean methods, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
  • Used to work in ERP system environments e.g. Endeavor D365
  • Strong leadership qualities with integrity, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational capability.
  • Ability to lead change, challenge existing methods, and implement improvement initiatives at the Office and Gemba.
  • Committed to teamwork, customer orientation, and employee development.
  • Safety-conscious and dedicated to upholding company values.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Leadership and management skills
  • 8-10 years of experience from relevant area in a production/manufacturing company
  • Proven track record of leading and transforming supply chain operations and implementing new processes or systems.
  • Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and Heijunka
  • Supply chain finance
  • Solid experience of working with ERP system
  • Experience of working with Global teams / Matrix organization / Global & Local Suppliers

  • Local assembly factories  ( Internal Customers ) and outside Operations

Authority level / Power of procuration:

  • Act as first line manager
  • Financial authority to execute within the team´s P4 costing update frame
  • To decide capacity transfer in and out from the cell
  • To make ALPS audits and take corrective actions in case of deviations
  • To delegate tasks in the own organization
