Commercial Excellence Manager SEU
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager for the South Europe (SEU) Cluster that will also be Marketing Representative for the Adriatic region, meaning that you would represent the Marketing Team in the Adriatic Management Team, ensuring marketing plan definition and implementation completed.
The position will be in Adriatic (Monza) and the person will be member of Alfa Laval management team in Adriatic. She/he will be leading the Commercial Excellence team in the cluster and will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing in South Europe. She/He will be also dotted line reporting to Adriatic Managing Director as part of the Management Team.

About the job
By working in a matrix organization, this position requires two major roles.
As Commercial Excellence Manager for our cluster, you will be driving the Commercial Excellence area including OneCRM, Sales Funnel Management, customer segmentation and commercial data analysis. You will also be responsible of implementing a coherent Voice of the Customer program.
As a member of the Adriatic Management Team you will be representing and coordinating marketing and will be driving the local marketing agenda, making sure that there is a strong connection between sales and marketing organization, having a “one only” team in Adriatic.
Some roles in this position include:
- As part of Sales Company management team, support and work on Sales Company growth strategy and prioritize, drive marketing initiatives and enablers.
- Integrate all sales and marketing data and its patterns to define strategic implication for Sales Company and Cluster
- Ensure local marketing action plan deployment in the sales company, enhancing collaboration within the marketing team and with the sales teams.
- Work closely with Sales Division Managers and within the market on new market development and association engagement.
- Have a sustainability mindset, with the willingness and skills to position Alfa Laval as one of the leading “sustainable” industrial companies.
- Drive the Commercial excellence area according to flow from Cluster and Global Sales Service Strategy, with specific focus on sales funnel management, customer experience, CRM, data quality and analytics.
- Identifying clear customer-related data patterns and combining it for creating business impact.
- Engage and coordinate the daily sales company marketing team & develop people competence
Requirements / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data & Business Analytics
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Business and data Analytics tools and knowledge of performance marketing and customer acquisition (use of AI is a plus);
- Excellent communication in Italian and English languages
- Sales / Business experience and Italian market knowledge will be positively valued
