As Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will be the local owner of our awareness-to-lead-to-order process, acting as the key point of contact for CRM-related topics and a champion of data quality initiatives. You will play a critical role in transforming customer and commercial data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, enhancing customer experience, and driving business generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of Commercial Excellence strategies and priorities at the local level.
• Act as the local ambassador for CRM excellence, ensuring adoption and effectiveness of lead, opportunity, account, and contact management processes.
• Plan and execute commercial support activities aligned with marketing plan priorities.
• Collect, prioritize, and communicate local CRM and data visualization needs to support system development and business requirements.
• Lead local data quality initiatives, ensuring continuous progress in accordance with global and local standards.
• Translate customer and commercial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and business transformation.
• Serve as the local champion for Customer Experience initiatives, ensuring customer feedback is translated into actionable improvement plans.
• Support customer segmentation initiatives and drive local execution of segmentation strategies.
• Lead Commercial Excellence projects and activities, ensuring effective design, implementation, and follow-through.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Units, and other stakeholders to maximize commercial effectiveness.
• Contribute to regional and global Commercial Excellence initiatives and best-practice sharing.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to support the overall marketing and commercial agenda.

About the Candidate Background

Experience

• Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, CRM Management, Marketing Operations, Business Analytics, or related areas.
• Proven experience working with CRM platforms, Power BI and customer data management processes.
• Experience transforming data into business insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes across the customer journey.
• Experience supporting customer experience, segmentation, or commercial transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations is considered an advantage.
• Experience with data visualization tools and performance reporting is highly desirable.

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Spanish is a plus.
