Who you are:

• Responsible for the Design, calculation and other technical support to PHE group (Factory & sales company)

About the job:

• Follow up process to handling technical work in contract order and special-order
• Providing the efficient technical support for quotation/bidding
• Plan, create/review and follow up drawing, calculation report, and other technical documents based on order requirements
• Review customer technical document/requirements and translate to AL documents if needed.
• Attend meetings internally or at customer site as contact window for technical issues.
• Identify the technical requirements from Sales, Customers and internally Cross Function (such as OHs, Souring, QA, etc..) and provide professional support to them.
• Leading or support improvement activities and projects, involve globally and internally.     Related to process, method, tool, skill etc.. to get better safety, quality, lead time, cost.
• Timely trouble shooting the abnormal quality problem in processes and analysis on root cause to propose the improvement measures;
• Always consider waste elimination
• Engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and immediately call for TL/TM/UM in case of problems/risks;
• Work actively with the ALPS tools;(5S, PRP，SB/IM meeting, etc..)
• Responsibility to develop and inform self
• Other tasks assigned by manager.To some extent, make quality assurance of project engineering work.
• Ensure effective and efficient project organisation.
• Ensure unified Project Execution for the BU, by actively following the BU QMS system and use the templates available here.

What you know:

• Analyse and solve problems by using ALPS tools.
• University education, major in mechanics or mechanical-electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge
• At least 3 years of experience from relevant area in a foreign invested production/manufacturing company
• Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing
• Good English both in oral and written,CET-4 at least
• Familiar with AutoCAD,excle, Good communication skills, project managerment skills is plus
• Relative knowledge of Heat transfer product is a plus.
• Relative knowledge of ERP system is a plus.
• Relative knowledge of team center, 3D drawing software is a plus.
• Experience from improvement tools, e g Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus
