Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the role

We are looking for a structured and commercially minded eCommerce Project Manager to help drive and develop digital commerce solutions for our partners and customers.

In this role, you will combine project management, customer interaction, and hands-on eCommerce platform support. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining partner webshops, improving product data quality, and ensuring successful customer onboarding and adoption.

You thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, enjoy working closely with customers, and have a strong interest in eCommerce platforms and digital experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Launch new Partner Webshops based on the Shopify platform
  • Manage platform development activities
  • Maintain and support product and webshop data structures
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, timelines, and internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives across digital platforms

What you know

You bring a solid foundation in eCommerce and digital project environments, supported by a relevant academic background such as e-commerce, business administration, engineering, digital marketing, or similar. You have experience working with digital commerce platforms and understand how online customer journeys, product content, and platform functionality come together to drive performance and usability.

You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments where business, IT, and commercial priorities intersect, and you understand the importance of structured project execution combined with practical problem-solving. Experience within international or complex stakeholder environments is an advantage.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience in e-commerce and project management in a digital or platform-based environment
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce/CMS platforms (setup, administration, integrations, or operations)
  • You are comfortable working hands-on with data and systems
  • You have a strong digital mindset and interest in eCommerce
  • Familiarity with Excel, automation, and structured data handling
  • You thrive in a role combining coordination, support, and technical understanding

Who you are

You combine structured execution with a practical and collaborative mindset. You communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders and are comfortable working in cross-functional environments.

You are proactive, organized, and motivated by improving digital commerce experiences. You bring a strong eCommerce mindset and are comfortable challenging existing concepts and ways of working to improve outcomes.

You are ambitious on behalf of the products and solutions you work with, and you actively look for opportunities to strengthen digital performance, customer experience, and commercial impact.

You thrive in environments where you can contribute, question, and improve how things are done while working with digital commerce solutions in an international setting.
