About the Program

Our 18-month rotational program is designed to give you a 360° view of our commercial operations across France, Italy, Sweden, and Denmark. You will complete three 6-month rotations:

• Central Sales Unit – Strategic sales operations

• Sales Company – Local market execution

• Product & Portfolio Management – Shaping our future offerings
   

You’ll also lead a high-impact project focused on Cleantech, presented to Alfa Laval’s leadership team at the end of the program.

 Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Engineering and Business (or equivalent)

• Maximum 1.5 years of full-time relevant work experience before the program starts
