About the job
As our new Field Service Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of Field Service GPHE fostering a collaborative, can-do culture. Based in Lund with hybrid working and regular travel, you’ll be at the heart of our transformational journey - empowering your team, supporting change, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a remote team across Sweden, Norway, Denmark
· Develop and implement business plans, ensuring continuous growth and upskilling
· Continuously work with Safety Awareness
· Handle claims and work across the internal value chain to deliver customer value
· Develop sub-contractors’ network, especially to support during periods of high workload
· Manage input for pay roll, budgets and forecasting for the team
· Foster a positive, can-do culture, encouraging new ideas and process improvements
· Support change management initiatives and safeguard the team during periods of transition
· Drive long-term growth and expand the team in alignment with the market demands
· Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance
· Ensure the team feels valued and “seen” within the organisation
Knowledge & Skills Required:
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing remote teams
· Excellent communication, networking, and influencing abilities
· Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
· Experience in developing and growing business areas
· Technical understanding (GPHE or Heat Exchange experience is a plus, but not essential)
· Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
· Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for developing ideas and processes
· Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll management
· Willingness to travel (approx. 30-50 days)
