About the job
As a Service Channel Manager, you will be responsible to drive and manage the Service Partners - way to market for FHT with sales companies around the world. Lead change management and implementation of the global programme in sales companies aligned to BU FHT Channel strategy Lead the development of the FHT service channel strategy globally in close collaboration with FHT Capital Sales colleagues , BU GPHE and Global Service Sales Support and coach new and established Channels with their sales activities in heat exchanger business Support the sales companies in scouting and onboarding the right Service Partners Drive and support implementation of the FHT channel strategy in the sales companies in close collaboration with Global Service.
Develop business plans for new and existing channels in collaboration with sales companies, introduce and train channels on FHT tools and global channel program.

You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a genuine curiosity for business development, leveraging market and data analysis to identify new opportunities. With a strong digital mindset and a focus on creating value beyond product sales, you are a challenging and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, energy, and drive.
What you know
You are an Industrial/Energy/Chemical Engineer or have a similar degree, with a strong and solid commercial orientation. We highly value knowledge of heat transfer technology and centrifugal separation. You are fluent in English.
