Main responsibilities :
- Support people, leadership and organizational development on the local level for Operations organization in concertation with the Global HR Business Partner and the local management team
- Define and deploy the People plan according to the Business Unit Strategy and the Global People Strategy
- Be part of local management team and contribute in the development and implantation of local HR initiatives
- Support People development initiatives to grow capabilities and to improve performance, adapting the learning and development strategy at local
- Coach, challenge and support local managers and facilitate the culture change with the appropriated guidance to people and managers
- Be the referent person for the Operations organization and guide managers within the Global HR Processes such as Salary Review, Talent Review, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Be the speaker partner for personnel representative and guarantees the respect of labor regulations and Alfa Laval policies
- Coordinate local negotiations with Unions and other local agreements
- Interact with local labor market, recruiting agencies, relevant schools and universities where required, in cooperation with Talent Acquisition function
- Work within the HR Operating Model, in collaboration and part of our global HR Community
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in HR related areas in a multinational company
- Labor matters competence and local employment regulations knowledge
- Expertise in negotiation and cooperation with local Unions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high integrity
- Capabilities to make the right balance between challenge and support
- wedges in HR development, change management
- Good competences in networking and influencing
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
