Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support global training and development activities within the Talent Management & People Development team. • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability: 30–40 hours per week
  • Students (4th/5th year), recent graduates, or similar experience in L&D

What We Offer:

  • Opportunities to learn and grow
  • Flexible hours and hybrid work (Kraków)

  • Friendly, informal work environment
  • Flexible working hours, you can start between 7:30 and 9:30 am.
  • Hybrid work schedule (2 days from home, 3 days a week from the office on Przybyszewskiego 56, Kraków)
