To succeed in this role you are structured, driven, accountable and have the ability to engage others with enthusiasm. We are looking for a proven leader with a strategic mind and a genuine interest in developing people and processes. Furthermore, you are happy to travel internationally, within Europe, several times a year.
About the job
As OD Technology Manager, you will develop a comprehensive, strategic roadmap for the forthcoming years. You will identify and capitalise on optimisation prospects, driving the implementation of automation technology and doing what is necessary to enhance profitability. This is a full-time job, and your primary tasks will include:
What you know
You will ideally come with a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent; (specialization in automation preferred). You have approximately 15 years of experience in technology project development within the metals manufacturing industry and ideally a background in high-volume production with expertise in automating manufacturing processes.
You display inclusive leadership skills for driving diverse international teams and have strong coordination, project management, communication, and interpersonal abilities in English.
