About the Role
As our Office Administration Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors regarding office and administrative matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employees on office, facility, and administrative topics
Organize reception, office facilities, and company documentation
Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., office supplies, equipment)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including prioritizing daily mail
Coordinate customer and guest visits, including logistics, accommodation, catering, and bookings
Arrange domestic and international travel
Contribute to a positive and engaging office environment
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office, facility, or administrative roles
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsive, and resourceful approach
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Solid computer skills, especially with MS Office
Full-time availability at the office, with a start time between 8:00 and 9:00
