About the job – Summer 2025

  • Deal with inbound leads for Process Team (evaluate, qualify/disqualify, assign/share)
  • Conduct research to identify contacts for leads or accounts (prospects/buying), including market and competitor trends.
  • Support Process team in reaching out to end users to advise and promote our services
  • Check, find, complete and clean data in our systems
  • Support and follow up parts quotes
  • Shadow sales meetings and calls to learn client interaction and negotiation skills.
  • Help in preparing sales presentations and materials for potential clients

What you know:

  • Curious, strong abstract reasoning ability
  • Willingness to pursue business opportunities, thoroughness
  • Ability to professionally communicate via phone, email, etc. across sales and technical teams
  • Ability to gain basic knowledge of our key product lines quickly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have a positive customer-focused attitude
