This position is to develop and implement competitive/stable production methods and production equipment for the production based on strategy and working environment regulations.

Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)/중요 의무, 역할(직무해설)

• Plan and create production processes that minimize waste and maximize quality
• Support and implement digitalization improvements within operations.
• Support and implement automatization improvements within operations.
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure product is optimized for production.
• Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
• analyze data from our key processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency in the production.
• Support key projects (equipment utilization, OEE improvements, factory layout).
• Help determine root cause of problems and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Bonded Area Calculation.
• Support and manage internal continuous improvement projects.
• Create Plate drawings (EPD).
• Create Production documentation.
• Act as a link between thermal engineers and operations.
• Support Operations with auditing and developing SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Support claim investigations.
• Responsible for design and improving of tools and fixtures.
• Support operations for implementing ALPS (Alfa Laval Production System)

Requirements / Qualification(자격요건)

Essential 필수 사항

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years proven experience in production/industrial engineering; managerial experience a plus
• Experience creating 2D/3D drawings/models using CAD tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD or equivalent.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to effectively lead and direct employees.
• Detail-oriented and extremely efficient.
• Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships.
• Ability to balance technical acumen with interpersonal capabilities.
• Communicate fluently in written and spoken Korean as well as having some basic knowledge in English.
• This position mainly located in Gimhae, and additionally required to located in Daejeon factory for interim period.

Desirable 선호 사항

• Work experience – Manufacturing and/or assembly of pressure vessels and working with ASME VIII and EN ISO 14731.
• Experience with Diffusion Welding and manufacturing of PCHE.
• Fabrication background – weld fabrication in the energy or marine businesses.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management skills.
• Fluent in English.
