Who you are:
- Handle and deliver projects with the agreed margin, delivery time and quality.
- Keep and improve good relations with sales / customers.
- Develop new product localization
About the job:
- Manage projects of standard and non-standard FCM/HSS module area for ship new building application, plus extend area of other new module product
*FCM= Fuel conditioning module
*HSS= High speed separator system
- Follow the signed TA to issue the PR for module components and make the Approval drawing/ Working drawing (mechanical + electrical )
- Control project margin within budget
- Communicate with internal/external customer to coordinate project relevant issues
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Feedback to Product manager about the FCM /HSS product improvement
- Communicate with CLASS about the module drawing and site inspection
- Deliver the project on specification, on time and on cost
- Claim handling support
- Sales support with drawings and quotation
- Communicate with Central product center about technical clarification support for heavy customized module product
- Standardize Module workshop manufacturing technology
- Quotation support
What you know:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electrical, marine engine is a plus;
- Background & insight in the Marine product, knowledge of Alfa Laval product is a plus
- Experience of module design/manufacturing is a plus
- Familiar with marine Class regulation
- Project management
- Quality sense
Skills:
- 6+ years’ working experience, experience in Marine is a plus
- Experience in coordination & planning project
- Problem solving and target oriented
- Leadership & project management skills
- Good communication, negotiation and skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft office
- Written and spoken English fluently in the work
- Project engineering experience
- Learning ability
