About the job
As our new Project Manager – Order Change Execution you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the implementation of changes and engineering modifications on backlog orders. You will ensure smooth coordination, planning, and tracking of change orders, contributing to cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate the entire life cycle of change orders, from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Monitor and report on the progress of change orders, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
Collaborate with departments such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, Inventory Control, Quality, Order Handling, Project Engineering, and Documentation Engineering.
Support the evaluation process by coordinating with Project System Engineers and other stakeholders.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date, enabling smooth transitions and implementations.
Assist in prioritizing change orders based on business needs, cost implications, and customer impact.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
About you
You are highly skilled with the ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. As a self-starter, you possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability, consistently delivering high-quality results that meet customer expectations. You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in project management, change management, or a similar role within a technical or engineering environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
