Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about driving innovation and bringing new technologies from concept to reality? We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and execution of new features within our decanter and High-speed automation platform portfolios.

In this role, you will work closely with highly skilled engineers, supply chain, business stakeholders, and management to ensure successful delivery of new product development projects. You will play a key role in turning ideas into valuable solutions by coordinating activities, aligning expectations across functions, and guiding projects through the development lifecycle.

We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product and feature development projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive the implementation of new features within the decanter automation platform portfolio.
  • Follow up and coordinate design activities performed by multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Manage project resources and make decisions within agreed frameworks, responsibilities, and budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including R&D, factories, suppliers, business units, and global sales teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation actions when required.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees, management teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Who You Are:

  • You have a degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • You bring experience in project management, product development, and automation leadership within the mechanical industry or a similar technical environment.
  • You are comfortable working with technical concepts and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and can build alignment across functions and organizational levels.
  • You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You enjoy driving progress, solving challenges, and creating structures in complex projects.
  • You are open to adopting new tools and new ways of working within the field of automation.
  • You are familiar with, or have a strong interest in, lean product development, agile methodologies, or similar approaches.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. If your background does not perfectly match every qualification listed, but you believe you have the skills and passion to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative product development.
  • Collaboration with highly skilled and dedicated colleagues across a global organization.
  • A supportive and inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and international collaboration.
  • The chance to make a visible impact on products and solutions used by customers worldwide.

Join us and help shape the future of decanter technology through innovation, teamwork, and project leadership.
