Sales engineer – Pharma, food & beverage ​

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a sales business plan aligned with business goals.
• Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into profitable wins.
• Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals.
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 5 years in a sales role, ideally in industrial equipment or process technology.
• Experience with High-Speed Separators and/or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded.
• Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business growth.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
