About The Job
Responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for Alfa Laval spare parts and after-sales services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support across general industries. This includes identifying customer needs, promoting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to maximize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This role will be based in Tuas, Singapore.
Job Description
Sales and marketing of Alfa Laval spare parts and services to the general industries, semi-conductor, and data center.
Attend to sales and technical enquiries; prepare quotations, close the orders, payment collection and follow up on accounts receivables
Manage and grow existing customer base and securing new customers
Provide technical support for field service and repair center
Willing to travel within Singapore, Johor and Batam.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
What You Know
Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering diploma / degree from established University or equivalent.
2 – 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales position.
Experience in fast-moving components or parts sales in related industries is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills, self-starter with positive outlook
Reasonable spoken and written communication skills in English Basic technical process knowledge
