Background
We are looking for a senior strategic marketing leader who will drive market growth through consistent, insight-led industry narratives and integrated marketing programs across geographies and channels. In this role, you will define campaign strategy and content architecture, manage cross-functional teams and timelines, optimize campaigns using real-time data, and develop activation kits for business units & sales companies.
You will own large divisional integrated marketing initiatives, acting as the internal agency led by orchestrating cross-functional teams and enabling Sales Companies to activate locally with excellence. This role requires running agile teams aligned with divisional calendars and BU roadmaps, partnering closely with business owners and performance marketing for amplification. In this role you will be responsible for leading divisional campaign plans and key creative platforms.
Priority Areas & Responsibilities for this role include:
1) Strategy & Orchestration
Co-lead yearly marketing planning process supporting growth ambition
Act on business insights to shape impactful Marketing initiatives
Partner with industry business & product owners to develop world-class marketing activations
Define objectives, value propositions and content spine
Run integrated plans across Web, Performance, PR, Social
Manage marketing suppliers with professionalism
2) Activation & Enablement
Developing implementation toolkits (assets, copy, landing pages, briefs, playbooks)
Enable sales company localization, translations and activation windows
3) Performance & Learning
Set success metrics; run feedback-loops; scale what works
Maintain knowledge base; retire low‑ROI plays
This position is based in Lund and will report to the Energy Division Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence

You are a senior marketing project leader with a blend of creative rigor and operational excellence, thriving on driving results while maintaining high standards. Data-driven and calm under pressure, you move quickly without compromising quality, consistently delivering impactful outcomes. Beyond execution, you are a true networker and relationship builder, connecting people and ideas to achieve shared goals.
What you know
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing/Communications or similar
8+ years driving integrated campaigns; agency background preferred or similar in-house center of excellence
Multi‑market leadership; proven content + media orchestration across B2B and/or B2C
Proven experience of managing high impact marketing campaigns for/in global organizations, collaborating with global teams and managing budgets
Proven ability to deliver under pressure in high pace environments and managing global stakeholders
Track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns driving brand & sales KPIs – striving for making an impact
Excellent English skills both written and spoken
