Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the Role:

Bring your accounting expertise. Make an impact beyond the numbers.

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys understanding what is behind the numbers, not just preparing them?

We are looking for a Senior RTR Specialist to join our Finance team and take ownership of key reporting and accounting activities. This is a role for someone with a strong General Ledger foundation, solid IFRS knowledge, and the confidence to investigate issues, challenge results, and improve the way we work.

You will work closely with Local Finance and Group Finance teams, helping ensure accurate and timely reporting while also contributing to process improvements and automation.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual Business Unit reporting

  • Prepare and analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, identifying the key drivers behind the results.

  • Perform detailed margin and pricing analysis and translate findings into meaningful financial insights.

  • Investigate and resolve RTR-related queries, going beyond the immediate issue to understand the root cause.

  • Work closely with colleagues across Local Finance and Group Finance to ensure smooth and consistent financial processes.

  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement, looking for ways to simplify, standardize and strengthen existing processes.

  • Lead the development and automation of reports and processes using Power BI, Power Query and Excel

  • Take ownership of larger continuous improvement and change initiatives, from identifying the opportunity through to implementation.

  • Support a culture where accurate accounting, strong controls and high-quality reporting are seen as everyone's responsibility.

Who You Are

You don't need to know everything from day one. But you should bring a solid accounting foundation, professional maturity and the confidence to work independently.

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in General Ledger / RTR

  • 3–5 years of experience in Group / corporate reporting

  • Previous transition experience — you have been involved in moving, implementing or taking over finance processes.

  • Practical understanding of IFRS and accounting principles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you can identify root causes, understand the impact and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query

  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

  • Excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality and ownership.

  • A proactive, can-do approach and genuine willingness to learn and improve.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience leading or contributing to larger process improvement, automation or change projects.

What's in it for You?

  • Be part of a collaborative team in a leading international manufacturing company with stable position on the market

  • Monthly salary complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including:

    • Private medical care for you and your family

    • Lunch card

    • Access to the MyBenefit platform, with options such as a Multisport card or other vouchers

  • Flexible start times — begin your day anytime between 7:30 and 9:30 AM.

  • hybrid work model with 3 days a week in our modern Kraków office (Przybyszewskiego 56, Bronowice).

What will make you successful in this role?

You are someone who doesn't stop at “this is how the process works.”

You want to understand why something happened, what it means for the business and whether there is a better way to do it.

You are comfortable working with numbers, but equally comfortable talking to people. You can work independently, take ownership of your topics and know when to involve others. You care about getting the accounting right, but you also look for opportunities to make reporting simpler, faster and more insightful

If you are ready to take the next step in your RTR career and want a role where your accounting expertise and improvement mindset can make a real difference, we would like to hear from you.

We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games.

We are looking forward to your application. Please apply online. Applications sent via email will be disregarded due to GDPR.
