Background
As part of Alfa Laval’s digital transformation, we see the increased focus on getting information on product level to better fulfill our customer needs.
The Product value stream focus on delivering product information to our customers by providing the foundation through our product information systems and distributing further in different channels. The value stream also ensures our sales force, customers and partners have the right tools to configure and select the products based on their needs.
To contribute to this transformational change, we are looking for a System Developer to join our Product Configurators Team!
About the job
As a System Developer you will be working closely with our technical teams and the business stakeholders to develop solutions. You will also participate in analysis, design, test, deploy and support of the solutions.

Your eye for detail ensures that no aspect is overlooked, which is crucial for maintaining high standards on deliveries. You have an analytical mindset, see solutions rather than problems, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
What you know
You have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (computer science) or similar with interest in software development. We believe you have at least 2-3 years’ experience working with product development or software development. You have an interest in and understanding of the technical domain, combined with a functional and business-oriented understanding. As an individual, you enjoy learning new things and growing in the field. Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English are a must for this role.
