This internship offers hands‑on experience in training development, process documentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical product learning.

  • Assist in creating and updating training plans, training presentations, and learning materials.

  • Help facilitate Channel training programs, including preparation, coordination, and content support.

  • Create SOPs and process maps to document workflows and standardize training processes.

  • Develop key skills essential for competency development roles, including instructional design, documentation, and communication.

  • Conduct research, record data, and support training initiatives with accurate information.

  • Attend meetings with HFH and FHT teams to understand ongoing projects, training needs, and product applications.

  • Collaborate on various cross‑functional projects across HFH/FHT.

  • Build product knowledge related to HFH/FHT solutions used in the Hygienic industry.

  • Develop a professional network with colleagues, mentors, and leaders that may support future career opportunities.

What You Know:

You are a current undergraduate college student, preferably a rising junior or senior, pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Training & Development, Industrial Technology, Communications, or a related field, and you bring:

  • Strong interest in training, competency development, or technical learning programs

  • Ability to research, analyze, and organize information into clear summaries or documentation

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail when documenting processes, creating SOPs, or recording data

  • Ability to work independently and within a team while managing multiple tasks

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about HFH/FHT product lines and the Hygienic industry

  • Comfort participating in meetings and engaging with cross‑functional teams

  • Motivation to build professional skills that support future roles in training or technical development
