About the Job:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on marine HGS solutions.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to drive results.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture aligned with company goals.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate shipyard markets and secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product roadmaps and market trends.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key shipyard customers, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical advice on HGS solutions and addressing complex project requirements.
