About the job:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our product
  • Manage and develop distributor partners with clear plan and sales target
  • Maintain and grow market share of responsible partners with agile actions to take based on competitors’ activities and partners’ changes etc.
  • Cross-functional coordination internally within sales team and P&A team
  • Manage and develop distributor coverage for industrial automation equipment in Southwest and Northwest
  • Penetrate the auto, tobacco, energy storage, OEM industrial business in territory

What you know

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical related majors
  • Over 5 years sales experience in industrial automation field with proven track record
  • Light industry experience or mechanical system experience would be a plus
  • Experience in managing distributors and high integrity
  • Good business acumen, willing to learn
  • Team work spirit and good cross function communication skill
  • Can accept travel rate up to 60%
