SEU Tetra Pak KAM:
Purpose:
Reporting to Food & Pharma Division within Sales Company Adriatic and with a dotted-line reporting to the Global Tetra Pak KAM, the candidate is responsible for managing and developing sales of Alfa Laval products and services through Tetra Pak Companies (Tetra Pak & Sidel) & relative Subcontractors in coordination with Sales Region Southern Europe. Sales is driven through Tetra Pak as an integrator, distributor and service partner.
Drives local product launches and launch activities with Tetra Pak.
Main tasks & responsibilities
Drive sales through Tetra Pak companies
Together with Tetra Pak companies plan and agree on the business plans and drive the agreed actions to support the business in the region
Develop relationship with Tetra Pak companies in the sales region
Support Tetra Pak companies by influencing decision-makers at end customers to use Alfa Laval offerings in their solution
Build brand preference in the local Tetra Pak companies engineering team
Secure new products are launched through Tetra Pak companies
Represent all Alfa Laval products and service offering relevant for the Alliance applications
Secure that both Tetra Pak companies and Alfa Laval following the agreed way to market
KPIs:
Tetra Pak companies (Tetra Pak & Sidel) and relative Subcontractors order intake in the Sales Region Southern Europe
Local Business Plan conducted on time
Min 80% of all agreed actions carried through
Define and agree forecast
