We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to support and optimize our field service operations. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring efficient service delivery by coordinating the work of Field Service Engineers in Romania and Bulgaria and collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.

Location: This position is flexible within Romania

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily work schedules for service engineers, ensuring optimal FSE utilization and work/life balance.
  • Process and monitor jobs in our field service management system - OneService.
  • Approve jobs in OneService and set their status to “ready to invoice.”
  • Input and maintain data in pre-mobilization checklists and documentation systems
  • Coordinate job priorities with Team Managers to ensure critical tasks are addressed first.
  • Monitor and control ordered service jobs and ensure timely processing.
  • Administer Service Agreements in close collaboration with service sales.
  • Track and manage certifications, documentation, and vaccinations required for service jobs.

Your Profile:

  • High school diploma required; higher education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably within technical or field service environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.
