Who you are

  • You are a proven leader with experience in driving a technical sales organisation.

  • You are a team player and a great communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

About the job

  • You will lead, guide, evaluate and develop the BU team to ensure business objectives are met.
  • You will develop, localise and implement the capital sales strategies of BU Process Heat Exchangers and BU Energy Separation, in accordance with the overall Sales Company strategy.
  • You will use market, customer and competitor analysis to set and steer the business plans.
  • You will support the team to identify key business opportunities that drive profitable growth.
  • You will lead the BU team from our Head Office, currently based in Camberley, Surrey.

What you know

  • You have proven leadership skills.
  • You have a background of using business acumen to deliver sales results.
  • You have a degree in Engineering and relevant sales and business training or experience.
  • You have experience from process or energy industry and/or thermal and separation product technologies.
