Who you are:

Be responsible for overall internal service management to support Jiangyin business development.

 

About the job:

Overall Management:

  • Various expenses: budget preparation, expense control, settlement, reporting
  • Various types of contracts: replacement, details
  • Various specifications: SOP, specifications, performance, PDD, salary, training materials
  • Various types of audits: AEO, ISO, carbon neutrality, internal audit, etc
  • Departmental annual task KPI: developing plans, assigning tasks, following processes, and producing reports
  • Monthly Meeting: Job Responsibilities, Dilemma Talk Security Meeting
  • All suppliers: annual standardized training + annual safety training + annual physical examination, etc

Daily Admin:

  • Cafeteria management: menu, research, improvement, complaints, committee meetings, etc
  • Automated vending machines: standardization, operation, safety, hygiene, etc
  • Internal/external cleaning management: resource allocation, tasks, improvement, feedback and complaints, etc
  • Bathroom management: cabinets, keys, shower access control, bulletin boards, etc
  • Employee workwear: rules, operating methods, process control, complaints, billing, violation records
  • Outdoor greening: pruning, transplanting, planting, cost, etc
  • Official Seal: System, Use, Maintenance, Ink Purchase
  • Bus management: personnel increase and decrease, bus group maintenance, route time, etc
  • Outdoor 5S monthly inspection + report + improvement tracking
  • Office 5S monthly inspection + report + improvement tracking
  • Host answering, transfer + company phone list update
  • PR system: all departmental expense application operations and coordinated resolution of system issues
  • Security CSB Board: All security risks discovered by the department are reported to the system for operation
  • Departmental job security identification and control system: content editing, system entry, maintenance, and tracking

Accommodation:

  • Airline tickets: booking and settlement
  • Agreement Hotel: Signing and Updating
  • Foreign visitors: Invitation letter
  • Employee Going Abroad: Dispatch Letter
  • Visitors + employees: booking rooms, dispatching vehicles, arranging meeting rooms, hosting dinners, etc
  • Sporadic car rental: system maintenance, reporting, billing
  • Various meetings: on-site coordination and preparation of fruits, snacks, safety shoes, etc
  • Management mobile phone: monthly bills, contracts
  • Management business vehicles: leasing, sporadic distribution, settlement, reporting, etc
  • Foreign employees: vehicles, drivers, daily affairs (currently unavailable)

  • Stationery supplies: system maintenance, reports
  • Business card customization: electronic or paper
  • Furniture ordering: layout plan, quotation, ordering, delivery, payment, etc
  • Government Honors: Annual Honors Archive Record

  • Departmental promotional video: Support production
  • Factory floor plan update
  • OPCN Annual Notebook: Purchase
  • OPCN Poster: Design Customization
  • Company annual meeting
  • Company Travel: Rules, Support Departments
  • Company collective activities: annual, blood donation, anniversary celebration, etc
  • Website maintenance: OPCN+HR Collaboration, content updates
  • Cafeteria staff feedback mailbox: Scan reply collection + registration

 

What you know:

  • College degree and above
  • 5+ years working experience in Admin full function or relevant experience
  • Good English skill, both oral and written English
  • Nice and professional manner
  • Good communication skill
  • Organizing and Executing

  • Sense of Continuous Improvement
