About the job
We are looking for a manager to lead the R&D Testing Technology group.
Testing is a central activity in our product development process and is conducted at our state-of-the-art Innovation Center. As the manager of this group, you will be responsible for the development of test methods and routines, as well as ensuring the competence of the team. In collaboration with others, you will contribute to test planning and drive progress in our projects focused on Testing High-Speed Separators.
What you know
You hold an engineering degree and have 3 to 5 years of management experience.
You excel at managing relationships and possess strong technical competence.
Your approach is constructive, structured, and systematic.
You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
You maintain a positive attitude and can inspire others.
Who you are
You have a technical interest and experience in Testing and/or Manufacturing.
You are passionate about leading and developing individuals, with a drive for efficient product development.
You are highly motivated, proactive, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
