Who you are:
Complete all the work in charge and daily affairs within IS Department, actively implement the tasks assigned by IS manager, assist in the development and effective implementation of daily affairs.
About the job:
Office Administration: Extention list maintain and handling incoming calls based on company confidential policy. Stationery, business card, pure water, and other office consumables order and distribution. Water, coffee, tea, table runner, and other meeting room consumables order and distribution. Safety shoes, gloves, vests and other departmental PPE order and distribution. Door plate, poster, key, curtain, and other office facilities order or repair. System operation, including cross-departmental D365, Safety DSB or IS own ones. Other relevant departmental roles and targets assigned by manager.
Travel and Visit: Handle with invitation, dispatch letter. Daily sporadic car arrangment for employees and visitors. Support with visitors’ accommodation, inlcuding hotel, car, meeting room etc. Cleaning 5S inspection and improvement tracking, including office, workshop and outfield.
Events Management: Assist to organize the compnay events such as staff outing, annual dinner, staff activities, factory ceremony, anniversary celebration, exterior meetings etc.
IS Supplier Management: Handle with monthly payment, support monthly expense reports. Support daily management, improvements, and lean cost control for cleaning, hygiene consumables, bathroom, uniform, furniture, garbage etc. Safety and specification training for IS related suppliers based on plan.
Support with all audits both exterior or interior, such as ISO, AEO ect.
What you know:
1、大专以上文化程度College degree or above
2、良好英语书写及沟通能力Good English writing and communication skills
3、熟练掌握办公软件Proficient in office software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint
4、行政相关2年以上工作经验More than 2 years of work experience in administrative related fields
