Alfa Laval CorHex is located in South Korea, Gimhae and Daejeon, where we manufacture compact, high-pressure diffusion welded Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers. As our part of team member, you’ll work with an international team of passionate experts in our global engineering center of excellence, supporting our growing Energy and Marine business.

Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)/중요 의무, 역할(직무해설)

• Operate bonding furnace based on qualified procedure.
• Basic maintenance for furnace and related system.
• Inspect material for the production.
• Support engineers to improve product quality and productivity.
• Complete documentation related work.
• General maintenance work in factory.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements / Qualification(자격요건)

• Diffusion bonding furnace operation experience is a big plus.
• Experience or knowledge of vacuum system is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical is required.
• General experience for mechanical system.
• Basic skills for hand tool use.
• Ability to read and understand work procedure.
• Positive and proactive attitude is a plus.
• Weekly workdays are Tues-Saturday, Dayoffs for a week are two days, Monday (Unpaid timeoff, substitute Saturday) and Sunday (Paid timeoff) should be included on this position.

직무 설명

• 승인된 절차에 따라 본딩 퍼니스(Bonding Furnace)를 운전합니다.

• 퍼니스 및 관련 시스템의 기본 유지보수를 수행합니다.

• 생산에 필요한 자재를 검사합니다.

• 제품 품질 및 생산성 향상을 위해 엔지니어를 지원합니다.

• 관련 문서 작업을 정확히 수행합니다.

• 공장 내 일반적인 유지보수 작업을 수행합니다.

• 그 외 배정된 업무를 수행합니다.

자격 요건

• 디퓨전 본딩 퍼니스(Diffusion Bonding Furnace) 운전 경험이 있는 분은 우대합니다.

• 진공 시스템(Vacuum System)에 대한 경험 또는 지식이 있는 분은 우대합니다.

• 기계 및 전기 분야의 기본 지식이 요구됩니다.

• 일반적인 기계 시스템에 대한 경험이 있는 분.

• 수공구 사용에 대한 기본적인 숙련도를 갖춘 분.

• 작업 절차서를 읽고 이해할 수 있는 능력.

• 긍정적이고 능동적인 태도를 지닌 분은 우대합니다.

근무 조건

• 주 5일 근무 (화요일 ~ 토요일)

• 주간 휴무일 2일: 월요일(무급 휴무), 일요일(유급 휴무)
  ※ 해당 포지션은 토요일 근무를 기준으로 하며, 월요일은 무급 대체휴무일입니다.
