About the job:
Product Management
- Responsible for Lab and products management of High Speed Separators, Decanters, and Membranes.
- Supports P&A to lead new products release and implementation to the relevant market.
- Supports P&A to provide the relevant necessary technical information, documents and sales tools on new products for their introduction activities of new products/applications.
- Support P&A to communicate the central separation R & D teams and gives effective information on the market trend, needs of customers in Japan for the product development.
- Communicates to P&A who handle separator products and gives them necessary technical information and documentations to support their sales activities.
Test and Laboratory Operation
- Draws up the operation plan of Separation test machines and Laboratory in AL China Sales company, including operation activities, Lab installation and equipments investment plan.
- Responsible for conducting daily operation of the Laboratory.
- Executes testing in accordance with the requests by the customers and feedback them with the test report, supporting sales forces.
- Supports sales forces by providing them with products selection and ensure the specifics to reach "spec-in" to the customers.
- Ensures safety and health conditions in the laboratory operations.
Sales support & training
- Visits customers for products/application presentation with sales persons.
- To be held on training & seminar of HSS / DEC technology for sales persons in order to develop their sales skill.
What you know:
Competencies/ Profile
- Highly advanced technical knowledge/experiences on separation products and applications.
- Good knowledge on marketing which enable to generate effective market implementation/penetration plan.
- Satisfactory level of English skill by which the person can provide/exchange the information with central development forces.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 10 years of experiences to handle relevant products and applications.
