About the role
You’ll be part of Alfa Laval’s Nordic Separation Sales Team within the Food & Water Division. The role sits in our global Sales & Service organization—first in line towards customers and markets—where we drive growth and deliver sustainable value through close customer collaboration.
We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead business development and account management across Sweden. You’ll be responsible for both existing customers and new business in high-potential sectors such as:
Municipal and Industrial Wastewater
Pharmaceuticals
Protein Processing
Brewery and Beverage
Your primary focus will be selling Alfa Laval’s advanced separation solutions—technologies that help our customers improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer visits, strategic outreach, and market insight.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
Prepare quotations, follow up on projects, and close deals.
Represent Alfa Laval at webinars, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
Plan and execute your sales activities in a structured and proactive way.
What you bring
Solid experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within process industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
A relevant educational background is a plus.
