About the job

As an Assembly Mechanic Trainee, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting our Tank Cleaning Production Department. This position is essential in helping us deliver high-quality new tank cleaning equipment and repair services. • Document repair work and complete required reports.

  • Assemble and test new tank cleaning machines according to product standards.

  • Conduct performance tests on repaired and new units.

  • Package and prepare equipment and spare parts for shipping.

  • Assist with inventory by picking and stocking parts.

  • Follow production work orders and meet productivity targets.

  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including routine cleaning tasks.

What you know:

You have a High School Diploma or equivalency, and:

  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience requiring a mechanical skillset, such as small engine repair or assembly is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience with hand tools (ex: ratchets, socket wrenches, screw drivers etc.).

  • Forklift experience is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills for completing reports and documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
