About The Job
This role will be based in The Ascent, PJ.
You are responsible for the careful and complete handling of claims, paying attention to every detail. You provide our customers with excellent support throughout the entire claims process, ensuring they feel heard and assisted. Additionally, you drive ongoing improvements in our customer journey.
Job Description
When a claim is filed, you will make sure to collect relevant and detail-orientated information from the customer and registration the claim in ACT (claim tool) to secure the availability of relevant data.
You will collaborate with other knowledgeable task owners who provide valuable insights and actions necessary for the actual claim.
You will follow up and make sure that claims are handled and closed as quickly as possible with all necessary corrective action, keeping our customers informed, and handle all administrative tasks involving the claim.
You will be the owner of the Claim management process and Claim management KPIs and have to ensure complete compliance to Alfa Laval Claim Handling policy and Internal control requirements
You will ensure that effective necessary preventive action is planned/placed as part of the Claim resolution.
What You Know
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with good exposure as coordinator in Quality department in Engineering Industry. And it is good to have certification like lean six-sigma project execution driving it across functions.
Previous experience in handling claims, preferably in a technical or commercial environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
A solution-oriented mindset and a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Available for 32 – 40 hours per week.
