About the job
As our new Claim Handler, your main purpose will be to guide our colleagues and customers through the entire claim process – you will be our customer’s go-to person. Some of your tasks will include:
When a claim is filed, you will make sure to collect relevant and detail-orientated information from the customer and registration the claim in ACT (claim tool) to secure the availability of relevant data.
You will collaborate with other knowledgeable task owners who provides valuable insights and actions necessary for the actual claim.
You will follow up and make sure that claims are handled and closed as quickly as possible, keeping our customers informed, and handle all administrative tasks involving the claim
What you know
We see Claims handling as an art, it requires a special kind of person. We imagine you have a technical bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge gained in work life. To succeed in this position, we expect you have 3 years of experience within Claims handling or customer services - it is an advantage if you have experiences from similar industries.
As part of a global organisation, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for this position. A Scandi-navian language is as important as well, either Finish or Danish is preferred.
