About the job
As our newest Customer Support Complex, you will be working in a Customer Support Setup within Order Handling. You will be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling orders throughout our order to cash process and you will also keep the customers updated on deliveries. Some of your main tasks will be:
Managing the entire order process, including order entry, order confirmation, order tracking & invoicing.
Respond to customer inquiries to address customer questions, concerns, and requests providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns via various communication channels both external and internal customer.
Order handling and buy equipment / spare parts.
What you know
While your educational background is of secondary importance to us, but we do expect you have experience from customer service with a technical angle is weighty in our selection. You are used to using Microsoft Office package and it is an advantage if you have experience with different order handling systems and have a sound technical interest and curiosity.
Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written is a prerequisite for this position. Another Scandinavian language would be a plus.
