We’re looking for
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About the job
As our new Development Engineer, you will be responsible for driving new product development activities, with a particular focus on projects with low technology readiness level (TRL), including demonstrations and pilots. You will be involved primarily throughout the initial phases of the development cycle – from conceptual design and process calculations to test planning, execution, and analysis.

Perform process calculations to support the development of new products.
Apply your expertise in mechanical, strength, and corrosion analysis to ensure robust designs.
Use MATLAB and Python for programming, tool development, and data analysis.
Plan, execute, and analyse tests to validate new concepts.
