About the job
Alfa Lavals products (heat exchangers, separators and decanter /centrifuges) are used by our customers both at land and at sea. The main purpose of this position is to plan field and ocean service activities in order to progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders and create excellent customer experience.
We work proactively with service planning, creating and handling jobs in our system and do admin ocean service which includes collaboration with our ocean department and international marine service. Your job is to Coordinate Field Service Engineers and manage the end-to-end service order process. You will support the whole Nordic and somewhat the international market and cooperate with the whole Nordic Service division and International Marine Service.
Key Tasks:
Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily work assignments of Service Engineers.
Proactively manage service planning activities, including creating, updating, and closing service jobs in relevant systems.
Administer and coordinate ocean service-related tasks.
Order, track, and manage spare parts to support service operations.
Monitor and respond to requests received through the shared service inbox.
Coordinate water sampling tests and related logistics.
Prioritize and ensure timely execution of service jobs in close collaboration with Team Managers.
Support the handling of complex and non-standard service orders, including system entry and coordination.
Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure data quality in service management systems.
You´re part of a team of six experienced and collaborative coordinators, located in Denmark and Sweden and will be based in either the Kolding office in Denmark or Flemingsberg office in Sweden.
A small amount of business travels in Sweden and Denmark is part of the job. You report to Susanne Ribb Lyth, Team Manager Field Service Coordinators Nordic. She´s a manager who will give you freedom and mandate to perform at your best and will coach you along the way. Alfa Laval is a great company for continuous development!

You act fast on customer requests and understand the importance of acting correctly and getting things done. You have a knack for handling all sorts of people and appreciate the international environment we offer at Alfa Laval.
What you know
We are looking for you with some experience from working with administrative tasks, preferably in international and highly professional environments.
Requirements:
Expericence from working with administrative tasks, customer experience and international contacts
Experience from back office roles and order processing
Experienced system user in teams, outlook and bookingsystems
Completed upper-secondary school, preferably within administration
Excellent communication skills in English in addition to either Swedish or Danish depending on your location.
Merit:
Technical interest is an advantage
Knowledge in booking system IFS
Other Scandinavian languages is a merit
