About the job

Main areas:

Duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

·Carrying out site commissioning jobs as instructed

·Implementation of related Company rules and regulations within the team;

·Supervising team personnel which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution;

·Safety audit and education to team mebmers;

·Ensuring the implementation of Quality Management system within the team;

·Ensuring team utilization in reasonable level;

·Management of project commissioning process and their commissioning margin;

·Improve team members’ paper works;

·Supervise and approve of team members’ reimbursement;

·Competence development of team;

·Maintain good relationship with customers

Support Areas:

·Assist in managing planning coordination of new commissioning and service assignments;

·Assist in maintaining and monitoring related records and reports and order fulfilment functions to ensure timely customer services;

·Investigative activities in connection with sales of services, repairs and spare parts, preliminary on service jobs onboard ships.

·Other allied jobs, which are assigned by the Company/supervisor from time to time.

What you know

Knowledge & Skills:

Engineering background with good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills is preferred; It is preferred if you have worked for minimum 3 years in Marine field; Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force; Good communication is preferred; Good management and leadership skills is preferred; Fluent English is preferred

Attitude:

Flexible can do and will do attitude Co-operative Responsible Customer oriented Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
