Alfa Laval is on the journey of a stepwise rolling out of Shared Services within the group, a journey that we estimate will take a few years. We have today 6 HR Shared Service Centers, spread across the globe, working with HR-related matters and providing the foundation for developing the HR related support for our employees.
To support this strategic direction, we are looking for a Global Process Owner for Employee Life Cycle Processes—a role that blends deep understanding of HR processes, automation, and continuous improvement as well as technical understanding of our tools like Workday.
About the job
Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR processes and driving transformation in a global organization? At Alfa Laval, as the Global Process Owner of Employee Life cycle processes, your responsibilities will be divided into three main areas:
Design and streamline global and local end to end employee life cycle processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and creating workflows that enable automation both within our human capital management system Workday but also robotic process automation, AI and other available tools.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives that drive efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced service delivery to support the HR Shared service transformation agenda.
Work closely with the IT value stream, HR shared service functions and managers, the transformation lead and external vendors to ensure successful change management, process and technology rollouts.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/ Finance, or related field
Proven experience working with HR process development and implementation in a global shared service set-up
Understanding how matrixed, global, or multi-site environment work
Experience from Workday is an advantage
Practicalities
This role can be based in Lund, Copenhagen or Krakow Poland.
There can be travelling required to multiple locations where our stakeholders are based.
