Framo is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of HR who wants to contribute to our continued development as a workplace and as an organization.
This is an important leadership role where you will guide the HR team to support our leaders and help shape the future of HR at Framo.
About the Role
As our Head of HR, you will have overall responsibility for the HR function. You will lead a skilled team and work closely with colleagues across Framo and the Alfa Laval Group. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, and you will be an important partner for leaders, employees, and union representatives.
We are looking for someone who leads with trust, clarity, and collaboration — and who brings people along through change.
